--AUCTION-- Located in Northeastern Oklahoma, the Cherokee Spur Ranch offers a spectacular view of Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees. This unique ranch has been operating as a Professional Hunting Resort with guides and staff for hunts, weddings and other corporate events since 2007, and continues to do so. Tract Splits

Tract One: This 14± acre tract is located at the Northwest corner of the property with frontage on Highway 85A on a corner lot. It includes a 2,400± sf, 3+ bed, 2 ½ bath double wide mobile home. It was completely updated this spring with new roof, paint and carpet and more. The property has several out-buildings, a three sided barn and some of the best well drinking water in the area.

Tract Two: What a view!
